Joanne is an engineer who designs products with people in mind. A Northwestern alum who double majored in Manufacturing & Design Engineering and Psychology, she has experience working in the glass industry and is in charge of making sure Sno Gro stays true to our mission of making winter boots last a little longer and give every child the chance to have their own pair of winter boots (no hand-me-downs needed here!).

Ben is motivated by the challenge of solving impactful problems and believes in leveraging design to create innovative solutions. A Northwestern alum who majored in Manufacturing & Design Engineering while a part of Northwestern's swim team, he has experience in user-centered design and operations while working in the manufacturing industry and is the head of our logistics and operations at Sno Gro.

Callista's passion is to design products that make a difference in people's lives. As a Northwestern alum who majored in Manufacturing & Design Engineering with certificates in Sustainability & Energy and Managerial Analytics, she has experience in design, testing, and manufacturing within the equipment industry and leads the development of the innovative technology utilized within our Sno Gro products.
